Returns, Refund and Warranty Replacement Policy
Products may be returned 30 days from the date they were received for a full refund. In this case, the items must be unused and in the original packaging. The buyer must cover shipping to Humans for Robots unless the reason for returning is an incorrect item received.
If any products received are found to be defective due to manufacturer error within 1 (one) year of purchase, they may be eligible for a repair or replacement free of charge.
Many Humans for Robots products are intended to be modified by the user. As long as the defect is unrelated to any modifications made, we are still happy to replace modified items.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on any type of batteries or products damaged by improper use.
Examples of non-eligible returns:
- Electronics damaged by operation above rated voltages/currents.
- Connectors damaged by improper use.
- Liquid damage.
